MANAGEMENT/PROGRAM COORDINATOR POSITION in Fairmont, anticipated starting date as soon as possible. It is preferred an applicant have a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and a minimum of 4 years of full time experience providing direct support services to people with intellectual disabilities. Possess knowledge and skills in program planning; skills training; staff supervision; computer programs such as Microsoft Office; knowledge of current theories/practices in the field of intellectual disabilities. Working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations is helpful. Responsible for the overall operations of an adult Community Residential Service supporting 5 individuals and possibly 1 or 2 In Home services. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position working direct support as needed. Wage will be discussed at the time of interview.
