WAGE:

DSP starting wage up to $14.00 per hour

Starting sleep wage up to $10.00 per hour - on sleep shift, staff will be paid awake hours during the shift if they are attending to the people receiving services and document the need in the person's book. 

DSP starting overnight awake ICF/DD wage up to $14.00 per hour

PAID TRAINING:

Orientation/Shadow Training is paid at regular wage

Travel time and time in training is paid at regular wage

PAID HOLIDAY:

Double time for working holidays

PAID TIME OFF:

Must work an average of 30 hours per week

Paid Time Off is based on the number of hours worked during the previous year – given on January 1st

PAID MILEAGE:

Mileage paid at current IRS rate.

PAID ACTIVITY EXPENSES:

Reimbursement for any expenses incurred during activities.
